摘　　要：目的观察变色后泮托拉唑钠注射剂安全性。方法采用给药部位刺激性试验、毒性试验、过敏性试验、溶血性试验,观察后变色的泮托拉唑钠注射剂安全。结果除毒性试验明确显示试验兔大剂量注射变色的泮托拉唑注射剂后会导致肝肾损伤或死亡,其余试验未见明显异常。结论大剂量输入变色的泮托拉唑钠注射剂有一定危害性,但微量输入未见明显异常。Objective To observe the safety of pantoprazole sodium injection after discoloration. Methods Ob- serve the safety of pantoprazole sodium injection was used local stimulation test, toxicity test, the allergic test and the hemolytic test. Results In addition to the toxicity test showed that experimental rabbits injected high dose of panto- prazole sodium injection can lead to liver and kidney injury or death, and no obvious abnormality was observed in the other experiments. Conclusion High dose input discoloration Pantoprazole sodium injection has certain harmfulness, but there is no obvious abnormality in micro dose.
