摘 要:目的了解医养结合背景下绵阳市养老机构管理者现状,为提高管理者素质提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段抽样,自行设计问卷和访谈法,对养老机构管理者的一般情况、工作常态、培训情况及知识需求、工作满意度等进行调查。结果管理者年龄大、文化层次低、专业知识缺乏、培训少且收入低。结论应从政府、学校和养老机构多方面努力,培养专业化的养老机构管理人才,同时加强对现任管理者培训,提升薪酬水平,并逐步建立长期的继续教育体制,以期提高整体管理水平。Objective To understand the current situation of managers of nursing homes in Mianyang under the background of medical care and rehabilitation, so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of managers. Methods Multi stage sampiing, self-designed questionnaire and interview method are used to investigate the general situation, working condition, training situation,knowledge needs and job satisfaction of the management of pension institutions. Results TManagers are old, low in culture, lack of professional knowledge, and few in training and low income. Conclusion Efforts should be made from the government, schools and pension institutions to cultivate professional personnel for management of pension institutions, at the same time,we should strengthen the training of the current managers,improve the salary level, and gradually establish a long-term continuing education system in order to improve the overall management level.
