两种输液工具在消化内镜中心的应用比较

摘　　要：目的通过比较消化内镜中心麻醉胃肠镜检查时输液工具使用情况,分析两种输液工具的优劣,以利于临床工作及保证患者利益。方法将我院消化内镜中心2017年11月至12月就诊的患者使用头皮钢针输液,分为钢针组; 2018年3月至4月就诊的患者使用留置静脉针输液,分为留置针组。将两组进行综合比较分析。结果使用头皮钢针的漏针率、针刺伤的发生率均高于留置静脉针;麻醉医师及护理人员的满意度明显低于留置静脉针。结论消化内镜中心使用留置静脉针用于麻醉患者的优势高于头皮钢针,可以在消化内镜中心推广使用。Objective Bycomparing digestive endoscopy anesthesia gastrointestinal endoscopy infusion tool usage,analysis of the merits of two infusion tools,to facilitate clinical work and ensure the interests of patients. Methods The digestive endoscopy center in our hospital from November to December 2017 patients with scalp needle infusion,divided into needle group,Patients who were treated between March and April 2018 with indwelling venous needles were divided into indwelling needle group.Comprehensive comparative analysis of two groups. Results The use of scalp needle needle leakage rate,the incidence of acupuncture were higher than indwelling venous needles,Satisfaction with anesthesiologists and nurses was significantlylowerthan indwelling venous intravenous needles. Conclusion Digestive endoscopy center indwelling venous needle for anesthesia patients with advantages over the scalp needle,so can use widely.
