摘　　要：目的进一步规范临床用药行为,减少临床用药风险,提高医疗质量。方法在制度建设和质控体系建设的框架下,以PDCA管理工具为抓手,试点、试行临床用药路径并全面推广至院区。结果临床用药路径执行率由原来的45. 20%提高至96. 23%,院区抗菌药物使用相关指标明显改善。结论 PDCA循环的应用对临床用药路径的顺利实施和推广有积极作用。Objective To further standardize the behavior of clinical drug use,reduce the risk of clinical drug use and improve the quality of medical care. Methods With the system construction and quality control construction,the clinical medication pathway was experimented made pilot trial by plan-do-check-action（ PDCA） management tools,which was popularized to the hospital area in an all-round way. Results The implement rate of clinical medicine pathway was increased from 45. 20% to 96. 23%,the related indexes of antimicrobial drugs use were improved obviously. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle has a positive effect on the smooth implementation and promotion of clinical medicine pathway.
