摘 要:目的:提取输液泵质量控制数据,分析输液泵质量控制不合格原因、建立解决方案。方法:通过对500台输液泵采用FLUKEIDA4PLUS型检测分析仪检测后的数据结果进行分析,发现输液泵在使用过程中出现的问题,并制定改进措施。结果:500台输液泵数据结果合格率为80.8%,对96台不合格的输液泵经专用注射器校准后检定合格率达100.0%。结论:通过对输液泵校准数据分析后,完善输液泵质量控制技术流程,提高了输液泵质量控制的合格率,并加强对临床科室的培训,规范操作方法及输液泵日常维护,使输液泵在使用过程中达到"安全、可靠、准确、有效"。Objective: To extract the quality control data of infusion pump so as to discuss the reasons of disqualification of quality control of infusion pump. Methods: Through analyzed the data of 500 infusion pumps by using FLUKE IDA4 PLUS standard apparatus to found the problems that occurred during the use of the infusion pump, and to formulate the relevant improvement measures. Results: According to the data, the qualified rate of 500 infusion pumps was 80.8%. After 96 unqualified infusion pumps were calibrated by the special syringe, their qualified rate achieved 100.0%. Conclusion: After analyzed the calibrated data of infusion pumps, it is necessary to require metrology personnel pay more attention to the quality control of the infusion pump, and to strengthen the training of the personnel of clinical department, to take standard for operation method and the daily maintenance of the infusion pump, so that the infusion pump can achieve "safety, reliability , accuracy and effectiveness" in the process of use. At the same time, the qualified rate of infusion pumps is improved in quality control.
