13例子宫内膜间质肉瘤超声图像特征及误诊原因分析

摘　　要：目的总结子宫内膜间质肉瘤的超声图像特征及对误诊原因进行初步探讨。方法回顾性分析安徽省立医院2007年1月至2017年1月经手术病理证实为子宫内膜间质肉瘤13例,结合超声检查及临床表现总结超声图像特征及分型,并分析超声诊断符合率及误诊原因。结果子宫内膜间质肉瘤根据超声图像分为宫壁型8例、宫腔型1例、宫壁及宫腔型2例及盆腔肿块型2例,超声图像特征性较差,误诊率较高。结论通过二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,总结子宫内膜间质肉瘤图像特征,为临床早期诊断提供一定帮助,降低误诊率。Objective To summarize the ultrasonographic features of endometrial stromal sarcoma and to explore the causes of its misdiagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the 13 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma confirmed by resection pathology from January 2007 to January 2017 in Anhui Provincial Hospital. Ultrasonic image features and classification were summarized based on ultrasonography and clinical manifestation and the causes of ultrasonic diagnostic compliance and misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results According to the ultrasonogram,13 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma were classified into 8 cases of uterine wall type,1 case of uterine cavity type,2 cases of uterine wall and uterine cavity type and 2 cases of pelvic mass type. The features of ultrasonogram were not obvious and the misdiagnosis rate was relatively high. Conclusion The imaging features of endometrialstromal sarcoma summarized by two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography can help the early diagnosis of disease and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
