摘 要:乳化液废水可生化性较差,为处理带来了很大难度。为解决混凝破乳后乳化液仍然存在的超标排放问题,采用自行设计的固定床生物接触氧化装置,使用生物载体聚氨酯填料,处理混凝后的乳化液出水。结果表明,室温下在进水COD浓度8. 35×10~3mg/L,曝气溶解氧含量5 mg/L,进水p H为7时,停留时间9天,最佳填料投配率50%及悬浮污泥浓度5 500 mg/L状况下,此装置出水COD去除率可达到95%。为了提高废水可生化性,采用3种自行研制的生物调节剂,并确定最佳使用量,结果表明在3号生物调节剂投加量为2. 97×10^(-3)kg BOD/L时效果最佳,达到相同COD去除停留时间减少至5天,最终处理后出水达到《污水排入城镇下水道控制项目限值》(GB/T 31962-2015) C级标准。该方法处理混凝后乳化液出水效果理想,配合生物调节剂的使用能提高废水可生化性,有效缩短反应的停留时间。Emulsion wastewater has poor biodegradability, which makes it difficult to treatment. In order to solve the problem of excessive enfission of enulsion after coagulation and demulsifieation, this study adopted a self-designed fixed-bed biological contact oxidation device, and the biological carrier polyurethane filler was used to treatment the enmlsion wastewater after coagulation. The results showed that at room temperature, when the influent COD concentration was 8.35 × 10-3 mg/L, the aerated dissolved oxygen content was 5 mg/L, the influent pH was 7, the residence time was 9 days, the optimal filling rate was 50% and suspended sludge concentration was 5500 mg/L, the effluent COD removal rate of this device can reach 95%. In order to improve the biodegradability of wastewater, three kinds of self-developed biological regulators were used to determine the optimal dosage. The results showed that the best effect was achieved when the dosage of bioeontrol agent No. 3 was 2. 97 x 10 3 kg BOD/L. The same COD removal dwell time was reduced to 5 days. After the final treatment, the effluent reached the C-level standard of "Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewer Control Project Limits" (GB/T 31962-2015 ) . This method has ideal effect on treatment the emulsion water after coagulation, the use of the biological regulator can improve the biodegradability of the wastewater and effectively shorten the residence time of the reaction.
