摘　　要：通过炼钢300 t转炉倾动变频器故障实例介绍,从操作、工况及参数设置方面分析西门子SINAMICS S120传动装置在正常停机制动期间发生的驱动单元未准备好故障原因及相应的处理过程;同时比较了西门子6SE70和S120两种系列变频器中停机识别的区别和应用。Through introduction of actual failure cases of the frequency inverter for 300 t steelmaking converter tilting, the paper analyzes the causes of drive unit not ready of the Siemens SINAMICS S120 transmission device during normal downtime braking from the as- pects of operation, working condition and parameter setting and corresponding treatment pro- cess. At the same time, the difference and application of shutdown identification in Siemens 6SE70 and S120 series frequency inverters are compared.
