摘　　要：详细介绍了分子筛长期运行后,出现CO2穿透现象及应对的方法;描述了制氧机更换新型分子筛项目的实施过程,达到提升分子筛性能及降低机组能耗的目的。The paper introduces the CO2 penetration phenomenon of molecular sieve af- ter long term operation as well as countermeasures; and presents the implementation process of new type molecular sieve replacement of the oxygen generator, which has achieved the objec- tive of improving the performance of the molecular sieve and reducing energy consumption of the unit.
