摘 要:针对转炉一次除尘原工艺采用双文三脱湿式除尘技术,放散烟囱粉尘排放浓度80~100 mg/m3,环保指标大幅度超标的问题,提出在保留已有除尘工艺的基础上嵌入湿式电除尘装置,并设置安全防护装置、煤气排水安全装置,形成具有本质安全型超低排放复合技术,实现转炉烟气粉尘排放浓度<10 mg/m3的极限技术指标。In a steelmaking plant of Shougang Qianan Steel, the original converter pri- mary dedusting process adopted double-vent and three-dehumidification dedusting technology with the emission concentration of stack dust at 80-100 mg/m3, greatly exceeding new- envi- ronment protection standard. To solve the problem, a wet electrostatic precipitator was embed- ded into existing dedusting process and a safety protection device and gas drainage safety de- vice were also set up to form an intrinsically safe ultra-low emission composite technology, with which the dust emission concentration of converter flue gas reached the extremely low- level of less than 10 mg/m3.
