摘  要:中国镁冶炼普遍采用皮江法工艺,该工艺存在原料消耗高、能耗高、能源利用率低等问题,尤其是还原工序,其能耗占生产总能耗的65%以上。本文通过热平衡计算分析了皮江法炼镁还原炉的能耗状况,介绍和总结了还原炉节能技术的现状和发展方向。The Pidgeon process was commonly adopted in the magnesium smelting in China, but many problems such as high consumption of raw material, high energy consumption and low energy efficiency were existing in the process, especially the reduction process whose energy consumption accounted for more than 65% of the production energy consumption. The energy consumption of reduction furnace for Pidgeon smelting magnesium was analyzed by heat balance calculation, and the current status and development direction of reduction furnace energy saving technology were introduced and summarized in this paper.
