摘　　要：本文介绍了锌电解车间空气冷却塔的结构特点,并针对电解液冷却过程中存在的容易结晶、清理困难、冷却效果差等问题,对空气冷却塔的喷淋装置、连接方式、有效冷却高度、塔壁表面材料和减速机进行改进。改进后,取得了良好的冷却效果。In this paper, structure characteristics of the air cooling tower in zinc electrolysis workshop were introduced, and aiming to the existing problems of easy crystallization, difficult cleaning and poor cooling effect in the process of electrolytic liquid cooling, the spray system, connection mode, effective cooling height, surface material of the tower wall, and reducer of the air cooling tower were improved. After the improvement, good cooling effect was obtained.
