足反射区按摩对COPD稳定期患者的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨足反射区按摩对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的干预效果。方法:按随机数字表将60例COPD稳定期患者随机分为干预组与对照组,各30例。2组患者均接受常规健康指导,干预组在常规健康教育的基础上进行足反射区按摩干预,疗程6个月。干预后采用预后综合测评BODE指数评分及其4项组成指标:FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、六分钟步行距离(6MWD)、呼吸困难程度评估(mMRC)、体重指数(BMI)评价干预效果。结果:干预后,干预组的BODE指数降低了(1.93±0.80)分,明显优于对照组(P<0.01);将2组患者BODE指数的4项指标差值进行组间比较:干预组患者的m MRC、6MWD、FEV1%改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但2组患者BMI差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:足反射区按摩能改善COPD稳定期患者的症状,提高运动耐力。Objective： To investigate the effects of foot reflex zone massage on rehabilitation of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods. A total of 60 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, in addition to that, the experimental group was also treated with foot reflex zone massage for 6 months. The BODE index score and its 4 components： FEV1%, 6-minute walking distance （6MWD）, mMRC dyspnea score and body mass index （BMI）were detected to evaluate the effects of intervention. Results： The BODE index, mMRC, 6MWD and FEV1% in the experimental group were significantly improved than those in the control group after intervention （P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference in the increase of BMI after intervention between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Foot reflex zone massage can improve the symptoms and the sport endurance of patients with stable COPD and it is an effective method for rehabilitation.
