微信平台推送方式的健康教育结合心理护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨微信平台推送方式的健康教育结合心理护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。2组均实施常规降血糖治疗,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施微信平台推送方式的健康教育结合心理护理。比较2组血糖水平、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,以及SAS、SDS评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会功能、躯体功能、活力、情感职能、生理功能、精神健康、总体健康、生理职能评分及护理满意度较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台推送方式的健康教育结合心理护理应用于2型糖尿病患者,可有效改善血糖水平及不良心理状态,提高患者生活质量,促进康复进程。Objective： To investigate the effect of WeChat-based health education combined with mental nursing on blood glucose level and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods： A total of 100 cases of T2DM patients in our hospital from Jan 2016 to Dec 2017 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine hypoglycemic treatment, and the control group was also given routine health education, while the observation group was given WeChat-based health education combined with mental nursing. The blood glucose level, mental state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： After intervention, fasting blood glucose, the 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin levels, SAS score, SDS score in observation group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of social function, physical function, vitality, role emotional, physiological function, mental health, general health, role physical and nursing satisfaction in observation group were all higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： WeChat-based health education combined with mental nursing for T2DM patients can effectively decrease blood glucose level, improve unhealthy mental state and quality of life, and promote the rehabilitation process of patients.
