摘 要:为探究刚玉质低水泥浇注料气孔孔径对透气度的影响,以电熔白刚玉和铝酸钙水泥为主要原料,利用浇注料气孔结构参数随烘烤温度(100、300和600℃)和烘烤时间(1、3、5、10、15和24 h)的变化,制备了气孔结构参数不同的低水泥浇注料试样,结合灰色系统理论研究了不同孔径范围气孔对透气度的影响。结果表明:100℃烘烤后,孔径在0. 3~0. 1和﹤0. 1μm的气孔与透气度的灰色关联度最大; 300℃烘烤后,孔径在0. 3~0. 1和5~1μm的气孔与透气度的灰色关联度最大; 600℃烘烤后,孔径在0. 3~0. 1和﹤0. 1μm的气孔与透气度的灰色关联度最大。因此,在所有烘烤温度下,孔径在0. 3~0. 1μm的气孔与浇注料的透气度灰色关联度均最大,说明孔径在0. 3~0. 1μm的气孔对浇注料透气度的影响最大。This work aims at investigating the effect of pore size on air permeability of alumina based low cement castables. Castable specimens were prepared using white fused alumina and calcium aluminate cement as the main starting materials,adjusting their pore structure parameters by controlling the baking temperature (100,300 and 600 ℃) and baking duration (1,3,5,10,15 and 24 h). Combined with the grey system theory,the effect of pore size on the permeability was investigated. The results show that,after baking at 100 ℃,pores with diameter of 0. 3 -0.1 μm and 〈0.1 μm have the highest degree of grey correlation with air permeability;after baking at 300℃,pores with diameters in the range of 0. 3 -0.1 μm and 5 -1μm have the highest degree of grey correlation with air permeability;after drying at 600 ℃,pores with diameter in the range of 0.3 -0.1 μm and 〈0.1 μm have the highest degree of grey correlation with air permeability. For all baking temperatures, pores with diameter of 0. 3 - 0. 1μm have the highest degree of grey correlation with air permeability,indicating that pores in this range have the greatest influence on the air permeability of castables.
