摘 要:为了提高重结晶SiC材料的性能,先以高纯SiC为原料,水溶性树脂为结合剂,经混练、成型、烘干、烧成(真空,2 400℃保温2 h)后得到重结晶Si C试样;再用物质的量比为2 1的混合均匀的Si粉和Mo粉将放置于石墨坩埚内的重结晶Si C试样掩埋,在真空、2 000℃保温5 h制备出致密MoSi_2-SiC复合材料,研究了溶渗法制备的MoSi_2-SiC复合材料的性能。结果表明:Mo Si_2-SiC复合材料中主相为Si C,还含有10%(w)的Mo Si_2和3%(w)的Mo_5Si_3相,材料的致密度显著提高,抗热震性能显著优于Si_3N_4结合Si C和重结晶Si C材料的。In order to improve the properties of recrystallized silicon carbide, recrystallized SiC specimens were obtained using high purity SiC as the raw material and water-soluble resin as the binder, mixing, molding,drying,and sintering (in vacuum,holding at 2 400 ℃ for 2 h). The recrystallized SiC specimens were placed in a graphite crucible, buried by the mixture of Si powder and Mo powder ( molar ratio = 2 : 1 ), and then fired at 2 000 ℃ for 5 h in vacuum to obtain the dense MoSi2-SiC composite specimens. The properties of MoSi2-SiC composites prepared by the infiltration method were studied. The results show that the MoSi2-SiC composites have the main phases of SIC,10 mass% MoSi2 and 3 mass% MosSi3 phase,significantly improved the density,and better thermal shock resistance than Si3N4 combined SiC materials and recrystallized SiC materials.
