摘 要:通过对水煤浆气化炉工作衬建立模型和控制方程,设定边界条件,统计内衬材料参数,利用计算机数值模拟对气化炉的温度场分布进行有限元分析并进行内衬结构优化。结果表明:气化炉托砖板部位温度经优化设计后从289℃降至245℃的安全温度;拱顶区域炉壳温度为204℃,低于210℃的露点温度,经结构优化后提升至215℃;气化炉工作衬关键部位经优化设计后,避免了由于热应力引起的结构破坏导致局部超温,进而消除了安全隐患。In order to provide theoretical reference for optimizing the lining structure of the gasifier for coal to hydrogen production,the model and the control equation were established,the boundary conditions were set and the lining material parameters were collected. The finite element analysis of temperature field distribution of the gasifier and the optimization of the lining structure were carried out by computer numerical simulation. The results show that after optimization design ,the temperature of the supporting brick plate of the gasifier is reduced from 289 ℃ to the safe temperature 245 ℃;the temperature of the furnace shell in the arch roof area of 204 ℃,which is lower than the dewpoint temperature 210 ℃,rises to 215℃;and the key parts damage of the working lining caused by the thermal stress and thus hidden danger of local overtemperature can be avoided.
