单味及复方中药防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

摘　　要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量减少、骨微观结构破坏、骨的脆性增加为特征并易发骨折的代谢性骨病。近年来中药对OP治疗方面的研究日益增多,许多中药具有促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收的作用,被应用于防治OP。本文对防治OP常用单味中药及活性成分、方药和成药进行总结整理,以期加深人们对中药治疗OP的认识,并为抗OP新药的研发奠定基础。Osteoporosis （OP） is a metabolic bone disease with reduced bone mass, microscopic structural damage of the bone, increased brittleness of the bone and increased fracture risk. In recent years, the researches of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） applied in the treatment of OP are increasing. It is shown that some TCM have effects on promoting bone formation and inhibition bone resorption, which can be applied in the prevention and treatment of OP. In this paper, articles about TCM treating OP, including single TCM, classical compound Chinese medicine were smnmarized. It is expected to expand a new understanding of pharmacology function of TCM and to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the future development of anti-osteoporosis drugs.
