摘　　要：目的了解龙岩市酒店、宾馆等公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为我市公共场所监管提供科学依据,提高公共场所集中空调卫生管理水平。方法对龙岩市辖区内的部分公共场所集中式空调通风系统进行卫生检测,在风管内表面采集积尘,检测细菌总数、真菌总数和积尘量;用撞击法采集通风口空气,检测细菌总数、真菌总数和β-溶血性链球菌。结果现场采集检测36家公共场所集中空调风管内表面细菌总数合格率为91.67%(33/36),真菌总数合格率为88.89%(32/36),积尘量合格率为97.22%(35/36);检测送风中细菌总数合格率为75.00%(27/36),真菌总数合格率为75.00%(27/36),β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100%。结论经过多年监管,龙岩市宾馆、酒店集中空调通风系统积尘量多、微生物污染较为严重[刘素意,张景平,廖亦红,等.2009年龙岩市宾馆(酒店)集中空调通风系统卫生状况调查[J].预防医学论坛,2011,17(5):405.]的情况有所好转,但管理环节仍然存在不足,集中通风系统还存在不同程度的污染,应加大卫生监管力度,定期开展检测,逐步提高卫生管理水平。Objective To understanding Longyan’ s hotels,hotel central air conditioning ventilation systems inpublic places such as to provide scientific basis for city public oversight, and to improve the level of our city central airconditioning and health management in public places. Methods To sanitary inspection of the centralizedair-conditioning ventilation system in some public places in Longyan city, the air vents were collected from inner surfaceof duct to detect the total bacteria count, fungus count and the dust quantity.The vent art was collected by impactingmethod to detect the total bacteria count, fungus count and β-hemolytic streptococcus. Results The qualified rate ofthe total bacteria count, fungus count and the dust quantity from the inner surface of central air conditioning in 36 publicplaces by field acquisition and detection were 91.67%（33/36）, 88.89%（32/36）, 97.22%（35/36） .The qualified rateof the total bacteria count, fungus count andβ-hemolytic streptococcus in percent of pass were 75.00%（27/36）,75.00% （27/36）, 100%.Conclusion After many years regulation, the situation of the dust quantity and microbial pollution serious was takea favorable turn in Longyan hotels central air conditioning,but it still has the insufficient inmanagement link and lead to different degrees of pollution in central air conditioning system. The relevant departmentsshould Strengthen health Supervision and regular testing, to gradually improve the level of health management.
