摘　　要：论文通过讨论我国国有上市公司股权激励的研究背景、实施概况,并结合典型案例分析我国国有上市公司在股权激励方面的现状,包括实施数量、分布性质、股权激励模式等方面,重点讨论了国有上市公司实施股权激励存在的问题,并试图为国有上市公司股权激励的进一步实施与推广提出建议。The paper analyzes the research background and implementation status of stock ownership incentive of state-owned listed companies in China. And combined with the typical case, the paper analyzes the current situation of stock ownership incentive of state-owned listed companies, including the number of implementation, the nature of distribution, stock ownership incentive model and so on.The problems existing in the implementation of stock ownership in state-owned listed companies are discussed, and suggestions for further implementation and promotion of stock ownership incentive in state-owned listed companies are put forward.
