摘　　要：京津冀协同发展战略已经实施3年多,首都优质医疗资源的疏解是其中的重要工作之一。首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院托管保定市儿童医院是开展较早的项目。经过2年的运行,该项目已经成为跨省托管项目的样板。本文介绍该项目实施的一些具体情况,总结出公立医院跨省托管项目的几个特点,为类似项目提供经验。The Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei synergetie development strategy has come to its fourth year of implementation. Distribution of the capital＇s quality medical resources has been an important part of the strategy. The trusteeship of Baoding Children＇s Hospital by Beijing Children＇s Hospital, Capital Medical University was one of the earliest programs under this strategy and has made itself exemplary among the cross - provincial trusteeships over the past years. This paper gave a detailed introduction of the program and summarized the features of cross - provin- cial trusteeships, thus providing referenee for future programs of its kind.
