摘  要:目的研究诊前辅助问诊在门诊患者就医流程中的应用效果,为改善患者就医体验,提高诊疗效率提供实践依据。方法以心内科为研究对象,连续观察60天,每天采用抽样的方法,在参与诊前辅助问诊的患者中抽取30人作为观察组,在普通就诊的患者中抽取30人作为对照组,观察就诊前到就诊后各个环节患者的用时和表现,并进行满意度调查,由患者应用独立的评价器根据本次就医感受进行如实调查,不受人为因素干扰,最后综合各个方面汇总分析。结果参与诊前辅助问诊的患者就医体验较普通就诊患者好,医师单位时间利用率高,患者整体满意度上升。结论开展诊前辅助问诊有利于改善患者就医体验,提高诊疗效率,提升门诊整体服务质量,应不断探索,进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effeets of pre - clinical supplementary consultation on outpatients' medical treatment, in order to provide practical basis for improving the efficiency of diagnosis and improving patients' experience in medical treatment. Methods The Department of Cardiology was taken as the research object and observed for 60 clays consecutively. The same sampling method was adopted every day to select 30 patients from those with supplementary consultation before diagnosis as the observation group and 30 patients from the ordinary patients as the control group. The time and performance of the two groups before and after the visit were observed, and patients' satisiaetion rates were investigated. Then, patients' experience through the treatment was evaluated by using an independent evaluator without the interference of human factors. The results were analyzed comprehensively and summarized thoroughly. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed better medical experience, more efficient time utilization and higher satisfaction rate of the patients. Conclusion The application of pre - clinical supplementary consultation is conducive to improving patients' medical experience and promoting the efficieney of treatment and overall quality of outpatient services, and thus it should be continuously explored and further popularized.
