SWOT分析法在门诊服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨SWOT分析法在优化门诊流程与改善门诊服务中的应用。方法分别对S、W、O、T进行分析、制订策略,四种策略分别为WO策略、SO策略、WT策略及ST策略。结果通过策略实施,患者满意度逐年提升,门诊服务效率与质量不断提高。结论运用SWOT分析法,三年多时间不断完善门诊规章制度,加强窗口规范建设,发挥医院专科、人才优势,加快信息化改造,大力推进预约诊疗,进一步优化流程、方便患者就医、缓解门诊楼压力等策略实施,门诊医疗服务得到不断改善,医院经济效益和社会效益不断提高,具有借鉴意义。Objective To explore the application of SWOT analysis in the optimization of outpatient procedure and stow-ice. Methods S, W, O and T were analyzed respectively, and four strategies were formulated as WO strategy, SO strategy, WT strategy and ST strategy. Results Through the implementation of the strategies, patient satisfaction rate has increased year by year, and the efficiency and quality of outpatient service have been continuously improved. Conclusion With the application of SWOT analysis over the past three years, we have taken a series of strategic measures, such as relining the outpatient rules and regulations, strengthening the stand- ard construction of window services, giving lull play to the advantages of the hospital＇s specialties and talents, speeding up the transtformation of informatization, pushing forward the appointed diagnosis and treatment, and turther optimizing the process to facilitate the patients＇ medical treatment and to relieve the pressure of the outpatient, which has provided reforence for the improvement of outpatient medical service and the promotion of the hospital＇s economic and social benefits.
