摘 要:目的分析护理人员信息能力的影响因素,构建信息能力评估指标体系,为提高护理人员的信息能力提供参考依据。方法利用德尔菲专家咨询法和头脑风暴法进行关键指标体系构建并确定其权重。结果以相关理论框架作指导,构建内容相对全面,且涵盖认知技能、操作技能、情感态度等方面的护理人员信息能力评估指标体系。结论我国国情及护理现状不能直接套用国外的量表,要建立符合我国国情的不同层次护士的护理信息能力标准,为护理人员信息教育提供理论支持。Objective To analyze the factors influeneing the information capability of nursing staff and set up information capability evaluation index system, in order to provide reterenee for improving the information capability of nursing staff. Methods Delphi method and Brain - Storming method were adopted to establish the key index system and determine its weight. Results With the guidance of relevant theoretical frameworks, the information capability evaluation index system with comprehensive contents was established, covering cognitive skills, operational skills, emotional attitudes and so on. Conclusion Because of the distinctive national conditions and current situation of nursing, foreign scales are not applicable in China. It is neeessary to establish nursing information capability standards for nursing staff at different levels in line with China's national conditions, so as to provide theoretieal support for the information education of nurses staff.
