摘  要:介绍了一种在煮茧过程中能实现茧腔不含水、茧层饱和含水的吐水工艺的自动控制方法,通过PLC自动控制实现减压自动煮茧机吐水工艺的温度和时间可调控,在吐水过程中给予一定能量,弱化丝胶胶着力,有助于丝条有序离解。通过负压和蒸汽吐水获得茧腔不含水、茧层饱和含水的蚕茧,洁净成绩提高0.8分以上,解舒率提高1-3个百分点,缫折降低5kg以上,万吊降低0.6次/万m以上,生丝生产质量明显提高。An automatic control method for water spitting process of non aqueous cocoon cavity and saturated water bearing co coon shell during cocoon cooking were introduced. The temperature and time of water spitting process of automatic decompression co coon cooking machine could De controlled by PI.C automatic control. By giving certain energy in water spitting process and weakening the gumming force of sericin, it was helpful for the orderly dissociation of silk strips. The silkworm cocoons with non aqueous cocoon cavity and saturated water-bearing cocoon shell were obtained through negative pressure and steam water spitting. The neatness per-formance was improved by more than 0.8 points, and the reelability percentage was increased by 1-3 percentage points. The reeling discount reduced more than 5 kg, and the frequency of rushing upon cocoons per 10 000 m reduced more than 0.6. The quality of raw silk was improved obviously.
