摘 要:针对淮南地区发电厂大量存放的粉煤灰,采用粉喷桩进行地基加固处理。对固化粉煤灰试件进行试验研究,分析了不同配比、龄期、固化剂以及试模尺寸对试件的无侧限抗压强度和抗剪强度的影响。试验结果表明,水泥配比为12%的粉煤灰试件7d强度达到1.5MPa,28d强度达到4.5MPa,粘聚力达到176.17kPa,满足软基处理规范要求,给粉喷桩加固大体积和深厚度的粉煤灰地层工程提供了试验基础和依据。For a large number of power plant fly ash storage area in Huainan, Foundation is reinforced by DJM piles. Experimental study on reinforced fly ash test block, and the effects of different proportions, age, curing agent and test mold size on the unconfined compressive strength and shear strength of the test piece were analyzed. The test results show that the cement with a cement ratio of 12% has a strength of 1.5 MPa for 7 days, a strength of 4.5 MPa for 28 days,and cohesion reaches 176.17 kPa, which meets the requirements of soft foundation treatment specifications. The volume and depth of the fly ash formation project provides the basis and basis for the test.
