摘　　要：目的:探讨兰索拉唑奥曲肽凝血酶三联治疗ICU重症并发上消化道出血的疗效及安全性。方法:收治ICU重症并发上消化道出血患者68例,随机分为研究组和常规组。研究组采用兰索拉唑奥曲肽凝血酶三联治疗,常规组采用兰索拉唑联合凝血酶治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率和止血时间均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU重症并发上消化道出血患者采用兰索拉唑奥曲肽凝血酶三联治疗,能有效改善症状并止血,有效提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of lansoprazole octreotide thrombin triple therapy for severe ICU complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：68 patients with severe ICU complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group.The study group was treated with lansoprazole octreotide thrombin triple therapy,and the routine group was treated with lansoprazole combined thrombin,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the study group,the effective rate of treatment and the time of hemostasis were significantly better than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of lansoprazole octreotide thrombin triple therapy for severe ICU complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve symptoms and stop bleeding,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
