彝药祛浊汤对改善血尿酸值的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨彝药祛浊汤改善高尿酸血症的效果。方法:收治无症状性高尿酸血症患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组采用彝药祛浊汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:彝药祛浊汤治疗无症状性高尿酸血症能明显降低血尿酸。Objective：To explore the effect of Yi Yao Qu Zhu Decoction on improving the value of blood uric acid.Methods：120 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Yi Yao Qu Zhu Decoction,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yi Yao Qu Zhu Decoction can significantly reduce serum uric acid in the treatment of asymptomatic peruricemia.
