摘　　要：目的:探讨加味红藤煎配合雷火灸治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法:收治卵巢囊肿患者62例,随机分为对照组30例和观察组32例。对照组给予加味红藤煎口服治疗,观察组在此基础上联合雷火灸。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味红藤煎口服配合雷火灸治疗卵巢囊肿疗效确切。Objective：To investigate the effect of flavour sargent gloryvine decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods：62 patients with ovarian cysts were randomly divided into the control group（with 30 cases） and the observation group（with 32 cases）.The control group was treated with flavour sargent gloryvine decoction,and the observation group was combined with thunder fire moxibustion.Results：The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Flavour sargent gloryvine decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion is effective in the treatment of ovarian cysts.
