在诊断小儿下尿路功能障碍中B超影像尿动力学检查的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:对B超影像尿动力学检查在诊断小儿下尿路功能障碍中的应用价值进行研究分析。方法:收治排尿功能障碍患儿32例,对其应用B超影像尿动力学检查方法进行评估,主要检查项目为膀胱压力容积、尿道压以及压力流率/肌电图联合测定。结果:经分析并结合患者的主诉,患儿中脊柱裂12例,儿童遗尿6例,肾积水4例,尿失禁5例。结论:应用B超影像尿动力学检查方法对排尿功能障碍的儿童患者进行评估,能够提供更多的尿道功能与形态信息,显著提高下尿路功能障碍的诊断准确性。Objective：To study the application value of B-ultrasound urodynamics in the diagnosis of lower urinary tract dysfunction in children.Methods：32 children with voiding dysfunction were treated and evaluated by B-mode ultrasonography.The main items examined were bladder pressure volume,urethral pressure,and pressure flow rate/electromyography combined measurement.Results：According to the analysis and the complaints of the patients,there were 12 cases of spina bifida,6 cases of enuresis,4 cases of hydronephrosis and 5 cases of urinary incontinence.Conclusion：Ultrasound urodynamic examination can provide more information about urethral function and morphology in children with voiding dysfunction and improve the diagnostic accuracy of lower urinary tract dysfunction.
