胸外科老年患者23例术后行机械通气护理的效果

摘　　要：目的:总结机械通气护理经验,促进胸外科老年患者术后呼吸功能快速恢复。方法:收治胸外科老年患者23例,术后采用呼吸机机械通气,辅以插管内吸痰、口腔护理、插管深度观察等护理措施。结果:23例患者中,顺利恢复出院22例(95.7%),并发肺部感染1例(4.3%)。结论:机械通气是胸外科老年患者术后呼吸功能快速恢复的有效方法之一,丰富的护理经验有助于缩短脱机时间、减少术后肺部感染发生率。Objective：To summarize the nursing experience of mechanical ventilation and promote the rapid recovery of postoperative respiratory function in elderly patients in department of thoracic surgery.Methods：23 elderly patients in department of thoracic surgery were selected,they were given ventilator mechanical ventilation after operation,and phlegm aspiration in intubation,oral care,observation of intubation depth and other nursing measures.Results：Of the 23 patients,22 cases（95.7%） were discharged successfully,and 1 case（4.3%） was complicated with pulmonary infection.Conclusion：Mechanical ventilation was one of the effective ways to restore respiratory function in elderly patients in department of thoracic surgery,the rich nursing experience can shorten the off-line time and reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection.
