摘　　要：目的:探讨围手术期优质护理应用于新生儿先天性十二指肠闭锁手术中的价值。方法:收治先天性十二指肠闭锁新生儿80例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规围手术期护理干预,观察组采用围手术期优质护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:治疗后,观察组术后并发症发生率、胃黏膜出血率、术后胃管留置时间和首次排气时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期优质护理的实施有助于促进先天性十二指肠闭锁新生儿术后肠道功能恢复,早日恢复健康。Objective：To explore the value of perioperative quality nursing for neonates with congenital duodenal atresia.Methods：80 newborns with congenital duodenal atresia were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention during the perioperative period,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the observation group,the incidence of postoperative complications,the bleeding rate of gastric mucosa,the retention time of gastric tube after operation and the first exhaust time were all obviously better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of high quality nursing during perioperative period can help to restore the intestinal function of neonates with congenital duodenal atresia and restore their health at an early date.
