摘　　要：预防接种是预防控制疫苗可针对性传染病最经济和最有效的干预措施,预防接种工作的信息化、规范化和科学化管理直接影响到疾控中心、接种单位和接种儿童家长间的有效沟通,也影响到目标人群免疫规划疫苗的接种率。只有不断提高免疫规划疫苗的接种率,减少免疫空白,才能有效控制和降低疫苗针对性传染病在人群中的发生和流行,更好地保障人民群众的健康和生命安全。文章通过对顺庆区"小豆苗"APP"互联网+预防接种服务"新模式具体实施及0.5年以来各接种门诊的关联率调查,发现推广应用中存在的问题,提出相应的对策。Vaccination is the most economical and effective intervention measure to prevent and control vaccines against transmitted diseases,the information,standardization and scientific management of vaccination work directly affect the effective communication between centers for disease control and prevention,vaccination units and parents of children vaccinated,it also affects the vaccination rate of the target population.Only by increasing the inoculation rate and reducing the gap of immunization, can we effectively control and reduce the incidence and prevalence of the vaccine against infectious diseases in the population, better protect the health and safety of the people.This article analyzes the specific implementation of ＂Pea Sprouts＂ APP ＂Internet ＋ vaccination service＂ in Shunqing District and the incidence rate of each vaccination clinic in the past six months,finds the problems in popularization and application,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
