摘　　要：目的了解山南市重性精神疾病患病特征,为开展重性精神疾病患者管理提供依据。方法采用线索调查与专家确诊结合的方法,山南市12个县(区)共登记重性精神疾病疑似患者539例,确诊389例。结果山南市重性精神疾病患病率为1. 08‰,患者全部为藏族,均为无职业人员;男性190例,女性199例,文盲、未婚者占绝大多数,患者平均年龄37. 19±16. 14岁,平均病程18. 47±13. 40年;以自幼智力低下为主要发病诱因;精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍为主要患病类型,危险性主要为2级以下,占75. 32%,精神分裂症患者危险性级别较高,不同重性精神疾病类型危险性比较,χ2=35. 058,P=0. 002,差异有统计学意义。结论山南市重性精神疾病患病率处于较低水平;提升居民的受教育程度,有助于减少山南市重性精神疾病发病率;精神分裂症患者是基层医疗卫生机构的重点管理对象。Objective To analyze the prevalence rate and distribution characteristics of serious mental illness in Shannan city and to provide a basis for managing of serious mental illness. Methods The method of clue investigation combination with expert diagnosis was adopted in Shannan city. Total 539 suspicious serious mental illness were registered and 389 were diagnosed in 12 counties. Results The prevalence rates of serious mental disease patients was 1. 08‰ in Shannan City. All the patients were Tibets and noprofessional staffs. Male patient 190.female patient 199. Most patients were no culture.unmarried. The average age was （37. 19 ± 16.14） years and the average time of illness was （18. 47 ± 13. 40） years. The main causes of morbidity was low intelligence sincechildhood. the main types of illness was mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders. About 75. 32% patient′s hazard levellower than 2. The hazard level of Schizophrenia was higher than others （ χ^2= 35. 058. P = 0. 002 ） with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The prevalence rate of serious mental illness in Shannan city was lower than other place. Improving theTibetan residents.degree of education can help reducing incidence of severe mental illness in Shannan City. Schizophrenia is the key management object of primary medical and health institutions.
