摘　　要：来宾市迁江华侨工业园防洪排涝一期工程由防洪工程、排涝工程和交通工程等组成,防护对象主要为电解铝厂及其配套项目。工程总体布置特点为围绕电解铝厂区呈不连续环状分布。论述了工业园防洪排涝工程的设计标准及防洪工程布置、帷幕灌浆布置、排涝工程设计和交通工程布置。The lst-stage flood control and drainage project in Qianjiang Returned Overseas Chinese Industrial Park consists of flood control works, drainage works and traffic engineering. The major protected target is the aluminum electrolysis plant and its auxiliary facilities, so this project discontinuously surrounds the plant area. The author discussed the design standard, layout of flood control works, arrangement of curtain grouting, design of drainage works and layout of traffic engineering.
