沙河电站振摆监测系统国产化关键技术

摘　　要：沙河抽水蓄能机组振摆监测系统成功进行了国产化改造工作,使用南瑞继保的RCS-98X型振摆监测装置。针对振摆监测通道异常导致的装置误报警和误动作,采用了基于相关性的通道异常检测方法和基于历史数据的通道异常检测方法,能可靠反应通道异常,提高整个系统的可靠性。另外还具备完善的数据记录功能,能够实时在线分析,具备频谱分析、瀑布图、级联图等离线高级分析功能。At Shahe Pumped-Storage Power Station, the vibration and waving monitoring system of unit had been modified successfully with domestic products of RCS-98X vibration and waving monitoring device made by NARI. In view of error alarm and error action resulted from monitoring channel anomaly, channel monitoring based on rele- vance and historical data is adopted, which permits reliable reaction in case of channel anomaly and improves the reliability of the whole system. The device also has a complete data recording function, permits online analysis in re- al time, and has off-line high-level analysis functions such as spectrum analysis, waterfall layout, and cascade maps.
