山东半岛城市群城市职能结构演化研究

摘　　要：城市群作为工业化与城镇化发展高级阶段的产物,决定着区域经济社会发展水平.从城市职能的专业化部门、基本职能规模及其强度等方面,以从业人数为数据基础,运用区位熵、纳尔逊等分析方法,探究山东半岛城市群城市职能现状及结构性演化特征.研究发现:能源生产采掘业与制造业是其基本职能;城市职能部门规模变化与全国同步,中心城市对人口的吸引力强,中小城市的吸引力较弱;基本职能的专业化城市数量减少,非基本职能中金融房地产业滞后于城镇化发展,两大服务业职能部门并没有为城镇化提供应有的服务职能.基本职能中的能源生产采掘业职能强度下降,鲁中南地区的制造业职能强度下降;非基本职能中的建筑业与交通仓储邮政业职能强度上升较快,有力支撑该区城镇化;商业与金融房地产业整体职能强度较高,但发展较慢;三大服务业职能强度变化不大.As the product of the advanced stage of industrialization and urbanization,urban agglomeration determines the level of regional economic and social development.Based on the number of employees and the analysis methods of location entropy and Nelson,the urban functional status and structural evolution characteristics of the Shandong Peninsula were explored from the aspects of specialized departments,scale and intensity of urban functions.The results are as follows：energy production and mining industry and manufacturing industry are their basic functions,the scale of urban functional departments changes synchronously with the whole country,the attraction of central cities to the population is strong and the attraction of small and medium-sized cities is weaker.The number of specialized cities with basic functions decreases,and the development of financial and real estate industry lags behind urbanization in non-basic functions.The two major functional departments of the service sector haven t provided the necessary service functions for urbanization.The strength of energy production and mining industry in basic functions declined,while that of manufacturing industry in central and southern Shandong Province declined.The strength of construction industry and transportation,storage and postal industry in non-basic functions increased rapidly,which strongly supported the urbanization of the region.The strength of commercial and financial real estate industry as a whole was relatively high,but the development was relatively slow.The strength of service industry has changed little.
