摘 要:通过测定沙地紫花苜蓿根颈相对电导率、根颈活力、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量及抗氧化特性等,明确了2个微地形(洼地、岗地)和2个冬灌时间(11月10日、11月20日)组合处理对沙地紫花苜蓿根颈抗寒生理特性的影响.结果表明,各处理的苜蓿根颈活力随着取样时间的延长呈先增加后降低趋势,相对电导率随着取样时间的延长呈逐渐增加趋势,苜蓿根颈可溶性糖和淀粉含量随着取样时间的延长呈逐渐降低趋势,可溶性蛋白含量随着取样时间的延长呈先降低后增加趋势.洼地较晚灌水(11月20日)处理的苜蓿根颈丙二醛含量较低,POD、SOD和CAT等抗氧化酶活性较强,抵抗低温胁迫能力相对较强,而岗地较早灌水(11月10日)处理的苜蓿根颈细胞抵抗低温胁迫能力弱,受到的低温胁迫伤害较大.洼地较晚灌水处理的沙地紫花苜蓿根颈活性较强,抗寒性物质含量较高,抗氧化酶活性较高,受到的伤害较小,更有利于其越冬.The relative conductivity, root neck activity, proline content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, starch content and antioxidant characteristics of alfalfa root neck in sandy soil were determined under two microtopography (depression, hillock) and two winter irrigation times (November lOth, November 20th). The root neck activity of alfalfa increased first and then decreased, while the relative conductivity increased gradually. Soluble sugar and starch decreased gradually, and soluble protein decreased first and then increased. The MDA content of alfalfa roots treated with late irrigation (November 20) was lower, and the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as POD SOD and CAT were stronger, and the ability to resist low temperature stress was relatively strong. On the other hand, the root neck cells of alfalfa treated with earlier irrigation (November 10) had weak resistance to low temperature stress and were had low temperature stress. The alfalfa root neck activity was stronger and the content of cold resistant substances was higher in sandy land treated with late irrigation in the depression. The antioxidant enzyme activity was higher and the injury was less, which is more favorable to its wintering.
