纱帽山隧道衬砌脱空及欠厚处治技术

摘　　要：以辽中环线高速公路纱帽山隧道为工程背景,针对该隧道存在的拱顶处二次衬砌背后严重脱空、欠厚等病害,根据隧道实际状态及病害程度,通过方案比选,确定了衬砌背后填注自密实混凝土及针对隧道拱顶的局部换拱方案。该方案对类似工程有一定的指导和借鉴意义。Taking the tunnel of Shamao Mountain of Liaozhong Ring Expressway as the engineering background, the filling of self-compacting concrete at the back of the lining and local arch-changing scheme for the tunnel vault are determined by aiming at the diseases like serious separation and pitting, missing thickness and so on at the back of secondary lining at the tunnel vault, according to the actual status and degree of disease of the tunnel as well as the scheme comparison. This scheme can provide certain guidance and reference meaning for the similar engineering.
