摘　　要：针对目前飞机地面电源保障过程中现场检测70 V电源性能存在的困难,研究设计了一种可以快速安全地对70 V电源进行检测的设备,解决部队一线人员使用需求。Aiming at the 70V power-supply can not been test on-site, in the current airplane ground power supply guarantees process, the paper research and design an equipment which can test the 70V power-supply expeditiously and safely. And which resolves the usage need for the works of the army.
