摘 要:当今世界,社会发展日益加速,人们生活水平急剧提升,同时剧增的还有社会生产能力,使能源变成了生存和发展的重要物质基础。传统化石能源在过度开采和消耗下,呈现出逐渐枯竭的趋势,与此同时,化石能源过度消耗带来的环境问题也愈加严重。能源的双重危机日益严重,已成为制约经济社会发展的重要因素。在此种情况下开发使用清洁、可再生的新能源便成为人们关注的热点。Today,social development is speeding up day by day, people's living standards have risen sharply. Meanwhile, social production capacity has also increased dramatically which make energy be an important material basis. The traditional fossil energy is gradually exhausted under the excessive exploitation and consumption of fossil energy. The environmental problems caused by the excessive consumption of fossil energy. The double crisis of energy- is beconfing more and more serious ,which has become an important factor restricting econonfic and social development. In this ease, the development of clean and renewable new energy has became a hot topic.
