摘  要:同轴回旋管是目前应用于ITER计划的高功率微波源,随着频率和功率要求的提高,通常选取高阶模式来增大功率容量,但同时也带来了严重的模式竞争问题。同轴内外开槽回旋管利用内外半径比和槽参数的变化,能有效降低模式谱的密度从而能够有效抑制模式竞争。本文利用全波匹配法,推导并求解了同轴内外开槽谐振腔的特征根方程,得到了对同轴开槽结构高阶模特征根分析的更准确结果。Coaxial gyrotron is the microwave source widely applied in the ITER project. With the increasing of frequency and power, high order mode is required for gyrotron. However, high order mode will cause the spectrum of eigenvalues dense, which leads to very intense mode competition. By changing the outer to inner radius ratio and the parameters of the corrugation, coaxial cavity with inner-outer corrugations can improve the mode selectivity and so alleviate mode competition. In this paper, SHM method is used to derive the eigenfunction of TE modes in the coaxial cavity with inner-outer corrugations. The distribution of the eigenvalues is comprehensively analyzed, and the influence of the corrugation parameters variation on the eigenvalues for TE modes is also investigated, which gives more accurate results for high order modes in coaxial cavity with inner-outer corrugations.
