摘  要:目的:探讨改良"海鸥"形皮瓣在修复指蹼粘连畸形中的应用效果。方法:对15例指蹼粘连畸形患者(共39个指蹼),采用改良"海鸥"形皮瓣修复、重建指蹼。结果:15例患者皮瓣均成活,重建的指蹼大小及深度均类似正常指蹼,其中25个指蹼皮瓣两侧直接缝合,14个指蹼供瓣区植皮。结论:改良"海鸥"形皮瓣适用于第2、3、4指蹼粘连畸形的修复。此种方法可充分利用指蹼背侧的蹼状结构,在指蹼处形成完整的皮瓣,皮瓣中心部无切口及缝线,术后继发挛缩少。Objective To explore the clinical application of modified "Seagull" flap in repair of finger webbed adhesion deformity. Methods 15 cases of finger webbed adhesion deformity (a total of 39 finger web) were repaired and reconstructed with modified "Seagull" flap. Results All flaps survived in 15 patients. The size and depth of the reconstructed finger web were similar to those of normal finger. 25 fingers webbed flaps were directly sutured on both sides, and 14 fingers webbed flaps area were used for skin grafting. Conclusion The modified "Seagull" flap is suitable for the repair of adhesions of the second, third and fourth finger webbed. This method can make full use of the structure on the dorsal side of the finger webbed, forming a complete flap on the finger webbed, without incisions and sutures at the center of the flap, and less postoperative contracture.
