摘　　要：研究生学术团队建设是一项意义重大的工程,有利于提升研究生的培养质量,提高研究生科研能力和专业技能。本研究以山东某高校计算数学专业的8名教师和32名研究生为研究对象,基于社会网络分析的方法,分析了目前状态下以及理想状态下研究生师生学术交流网络的密度、中心性、子群关系等,实际调查与量化分析相结合,初步探索了研究生学术团队建设的现实问题,诸如学术团队的成员构成等,并给出了研究生学术团队建设的一些建议。The construction of graduate students＇ academic team is a significant project, which is helpful to improve the quality of postgraduate training and improve the research ability and professional skills of graduate students. In this study, 8 teachers and 32 graduate students majoring in computational mathematics from a college of Shandong are selected as the research object. Based on the method of social network analysis, the density, centrality and subgroup relationship of the academic communication network of graduate students and teachers are analyzed under the present state and the ideal state. By the combination of actual investigation and quantitative analysis, the practical problems of postgraduate academic team construction are summarized, such as the composition of academic team members, etc., and some suggestions for postgraduate academic team construction are given.
