摘 要:开发了从钢包精炼结束到中间包连续铸造结束全过程中关于时间—钢水质量—感应加热功率—钢水温度变化的非稳态过程数学模型。计算后发现,与特定薄带连铸工艺相配套较合适的钢包吨位应控制在90 t左右,若钢包容量达到130 t,建议配备1 500 kW中间包感应加热装置。通过对比宁钢薄带连铸(简称NBS)中间包钢水温度的实测值与预报值可以看出,该模型的预报精度能够满足大生产过程中对中间包内钢水温度的预报精度要求。同时发现,中间包在各个面上的热流密度约在50 min时与相关文献报道的数值完全一致,在浇铸试验时间段内中间包尚未达到热平衡。A transient heat transfer mathematical model coupled time-molten steel weightinduction heating power-molted steel temperature was set up from the end of refining to the end of continuous casing. It is indicated from the results that the proper weight of ladle should be controlled in 90 t and it is recommended install 1 500 k W tundish induction heating equipment for compensate the heat loss when the weight of ladle reached to 130 t. The prediction results from model fit well with the real detection data in factory and its precision can meet the temperature prediction requirements of mass production process. At the same time,it was found that the heat flux data at50 min in each side of the tundish in the model are perfectly conformed to the published reference paper,and the heat balance of tundish has not been reached during the casting period.
