摘　　要：根据薄带连铸的技术特点,研究了摆动导板的工艺参数;选取一组参数进行摆动导板的设备设计,并对摆动导板进行力学计算,确定设备的关键参数,用于详细设计及配套件选型;对导板本体进行热应力校核及热变形仿真,仿真计算结果满足摆动导板的使用要求。According to the technical characteristics of strip casting,the process parameters of swing guide are studied,and a group of process parameters to design a set of swing guide device are selected. The mechanical calculation of the swing guide is carried out,and the key parameters of the equipment are determined,which are used for detailed design and standard parts selection. The thermal stress check and thermal deformation simulation of the guide plate are carried out,and the simulation results meet the requirements of the swing guide plate.
