摘 要:侧封板的使用寿命决定了双辊薄带连铸单次浇铸时长,侧封板区域的熔池内的金属具有液相、固液混合相以及固相等特征,侧封板顶紧力大小及作用位置将影响浇铸稳定性和产品的边部质量。通过分析侧封板的受力特点,提出了侧封板支撑装置的设计方法;通过模拟侧封板耐材与结晶辊钢水接触的试验,测算出熔池内钢水与结晶辊、侧封板之间的浸润角,与仿真模型推导出的侧封板与结晶辊接触区域变形量进行比较,分析侧封板在浇铸过程中的稳定性,从而得出一种设计侧封板支撑装置的方法和控制方案。The service life of side dam is a crucial factor for keeping the long time stable casting in strip casting process. The metal of molten pool triangle region near the side dam is characterized by liquid phase,mushy phase and solid phase. The deformation and the tightening force position of side dam will affect the edge quality of casting steel strip and casting stability. This paper not only puts forward a design method of side dam supporting device based on force analysis of side dam during casting,but also calculates the wetting angle between the refractory material of side dam,casting roll and molten steel in the molten pool through the melt-substrate contact experiment.Finally,the paper compares the wetting angle with the deformation of the contact area between side dam and casting roll ends which are derived from the finite element simulation model of side dam and analyses the casting stability of side dam and its supporting device.
