摘  要:为了筛选出适宜不同活力种子的引发剂,以济麦229小麦种子为试验材料,采用人工加热老化方法得到轻度、中度和重度3种不同老化程度的种子,研究了水(H_2O)、50 mmol/L氯化钠(NaCl)、0.05 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)和20%聚乙二醇(PEG-6000) 4种引发剂对不同老化程度小麦种子发芽率、芽长和根长的影响。结果表明:H_2O引发对提高重度老化种子的发芽率、芽长和根长以及中度老化种子的芽长效果明显,对中度老化种子的发芽率和根长以及轻度老化种子的发芽率、芽长和根长影响不显著;50 mmol/L NaCl、0.05 mmol/L SA和20%PEG-6000均对提高重度老化种子的发芽率、芽长和根长以及中度老化种子的芽长效果明显,对轻度老化种子的发芽率有明显的抑制作用,对中度老化种子的发芽率和根长以及轻度老化种子的芽长和根长影响不显著。4种引发剂对重度老化种子发芽均具有明显的促进作用,可以在生产中选择应用。To select the initiators suitable for different vigor seeds,the aged seeds of wheat variety Jimai 229 were obtained by heating artificially. The effects of four initiators including H2O,50 mmol/L NaCl,0.05 mmol/L SA and 20% PEG-6000 on the germination rate,bud length and root length of different degrees of aged seeds were studied. The results showed that H2O could obviously increase the germination rate,bud length and root length of severe aged seeds,as well as the bud length of moderate aged seeds. H2O had no signif-icant influence on the germination rate and root length of moderate aged seeds,and the germination rate,bud length and root length of light aged seeds.50 mmol/L NaCl, 0.05 mmol/L SA and 20% PEG-6000 could increase the germination rate,bud length and root length of severe aged seeds,and the bud length of mod-erate aged seeds,while they had obvious inhibitory effect on the germination rate of light aged seeds. The effect of these three initiators on the germination rate and root length of moderate aged seeds and the bud length and root length of light aged seeds were not significant. The four initiators could promote the germina-tion of severe aged seeds,which could be applied in production.
