摘  要:为了给生产上合理使用戊唑醇防治病害提供参考,以苹果青霉菌、番茄绵腐病菌和辣椒菌核病菌为试验对象,戊唑醇使用浓度设0 (空白对照)、0.01、0.1、1、5、10和100μg/mL计7个处理,研究了不同浓度戊唑醇对病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果。结果表明:药剂浓度对抑菌率有极显著影响,抑菌率基本随药剂使用浓度的提高而逐渐提高,其中,戊唑醇10与100μg/mL浓度处理的抑菌率差异不显著,但二者指标值均显著>其他浓度处理;戊唑醇对番茄绵腐病菌、苹果青霉菌和辣椒菌核病菌的有效抑制中浓度(EC_(50))均<敏感菌株的EC_(50)(0.455μg/mL),指标值顺序为苹果青霉菌(0.030 0μg/mL)<番茄绵腐病菌(0.229 5μg/mL)<辣椒菌核病菌(0.230 0μg/mL)。番茄绵腐病菌、苹果青霉菌和辣椒菌核病菌均对戊唑醇敏感,其中,苹果青霉病菌对戊唑醇更加敏感,番茄绵腐病菌和辣椒菌核病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性相对较弱且差异不显著。生产中建议选用戊唑醇进行苹果青霉菌的防治,使用浓度10μg/mL即可产生明显的防治效果。To provide references for disease control with the rational use of tebuconazole in production,taking Penicillium sp.,Pythium aphanidermatum and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum as test objects,seven concentrations of tebuconazole including 0 (CK) , 0.01,0.1,1,5,10 and 100 μg/mL were set,and the inhibitory effects of tebuconazole on the mycelium growth were studied. The results showed that the concentration of tebuconazole had extremely significant effect on the inhibitory rate,which gradually increased with the increase of the concentration.Among them, there was no significant difference in the inhibitory rate between 10 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL tebuconazole,but both of the index values of the two concentrations were significant higher than that of the other concentrations.The order of EC50 of tebuconazole on these pathogenic fungi was Penicillium sp.( 0.030 0 μg/mL) .P. aphaniderma-tum (0.229 5 μg/mL) .S. sclerotiorum (0.230 0 μg/mL),which were all lower than that of tebuconazole on the sensitive strain (0.455 μg/mL) . P. aphanidermatum,Penicillium sp. and S. sclerotiorum were all sensitive to tebuconazole,P. aphanidermatum was more sensitive,and the latter two were not very sensitive to it without significant difference. In production, it was recommended to use tebuconazole in the control of Penicillium sp.,and the effect of 10 μg/mL tebuconazole was better.
