摘　　要：海洋平台模块钻机火气系统为安全仪表系统,安全等级至少应达到SIL2(Safety Integrity Level 2)。该文采用分层结构来设计管理网络和监控网络。主火气系统管理网络设计为星形,主火气系统监控网络设计为设备级环网DLR(Device Level Ring),而可寻址火气系统监控网络则采用环形局部操作网络LON(Local Operation Network)和环形可寻址回路的双层环网。该设计方案在满足系统灵活性的同时,确保了火气系统的安全可靠。任何故障均不影响正常操作,维护故障点或更换设备也无需关断系统。The FG（Fire and Gas） system of MDR（Modular Drilling Rig） in offshore platform shall be safety instrument system,which shall be based on a safety certified programmable electronic system with SIL2（Safety Integrity Level 2） approvals at least. With hierarchical structure,the management network and monitoring network are designed in this paper. For main FG system,the management network is designed as star-type,and the monitoring network is designed as DLR（Device Level Ring）.Meanwhile,the monitoring network of the addressable FG system is divided into LON（Local Operation Network） ring and addressable signaling loop circuit ring. With flexible structure,a fully safety and reliability function is provided. Any fault does not affect operation and the system does not need shut down with maintenance of fault points and replacement equipment.
